BoxAndWhiskerPlotMaker.com started because teachers, students, analysts, and makers kept telling me they needed a fast way to visualize distributions without touching spreadsheets or code.

What the tool does

• Paste or import CSV. Enter one list for a single box, or paste a multi-column CSV and each column becomes its own series. The first row can be treated as labels if it’s text.
• Real-time plotting. The chart updates instantly with a fully responsive layout.
• Correct statistics. We compute the five-number summary (min, Q1, median, Q3, max). Whiskers extend to the last points within 1.5 × IQR, with outliers plotted beyond.
• Design & labels. Tweak background/border colors, fonts, sizes, titles, and sources. Optional tooltips make reading easier.
• Clean exports. Download your plot as PNG or SVG for reports, slides, and handouts.

• Accuracy first. The statistics should be right—and obvious.
• Privacy by default. Calculations run in your browser; there are no accounts to create.
• Speed & clarity. A clean interface that works great on phones and desktops.
